Sunday Car Snaps | Luxury Weekend Rides

Local Car Meets in Manila are a rarity to even be known to be open to the public, which is usually a meet exclusively for individuals who have cool rides and luxury kind of wheels. But this morning was something to just appreciate and snap a camera of the rad cars that have been parked in the tiny street of Esteban Street.

If you’re been a morning person going about your Sunday in Makati City, then you might not have missed this part going to the Sunday Market. It was that unexpected moment when walking to this particular street and seeing different types of premium and luxury cars seemed surreal.

19 Kopong Kopong | Car Meet at Camp Aguinaldo

The local car culture in the Philippines is very different to its western counterpart much like you compare it to Adelaide in South Australia it is not what you’d expect when you go to their community meets. There have so many requirements like you need to own a car to be part of the group, but unlike in Australia it is more inclusive.

With the recent success of “19 Kopong Kopong” that was held yesterday inside the Camp Aguinaldo ground you’d say a local ‘Car Meet’ that invites inclusivity is a rare thing in this country. Besides that the location is off to the general masses that it only attracts those who have interest in automotive most notably the classic ones here…

MIAS 2019 | Best Last Day Highlights

Usually the last day for a car show is mostly where the crowd has wind down to a halt, where everyone was more present on the early day. But not for this year’s Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), where there was double the turnout than what usually its first day.

This was somewhat unexpected for an annual car show with this magnitude. There were families, groups of friends, and walk-ins making to the entrance on the very last day of this event, which was dauntingly surprising that made this weekend a hit.

Cars & Coffee | Cloudy Kind of Car Meet

The weather seemed to be difficult to anticipate on that Sunday morning, but it didn’t stop a few good petrol heads to venture their way to the Blackwood Shopping Centre.

The early ride seemed to be giving everyone the chills, but that’s alright it’s still another Sunday to meet some mates and just talk about cars from old and new.

It’s quite magical when things happen for good reasons even before the skies where closed to almost like it appear to have a downpour, but it didn’t happen and as everyone mistaken it.

Cars & Coffee | Starts The New Year

The start of 2018 Cars & Coffee returns to Blackwood with delightful fanfare. However getting there without a car is a challenge if your only chance is to commute by bus or train which the early mornings quite expected.

If last November 2017 was an indication this meet up is slowing down you got it mistaken. The event is more like welcoming an old friend or seeing old acquaintances that seemed more of a celebration for people who are passionate about cars.
