Sunday Car Snaps | Luxury Weekend Rides

Local Car Meets in Manila are a rarity to even be known to be open to the public, which is usually a meet exclusively for individuals who have cool rides and luxury kind of wheels. But this morning was something to just appreciate and snap a camera of the rad cars that have been parked in the tiny street of Esteban Street.

If you’re been a morning person going about your Sunday in Makati City, then you might not have missed this part going to the Sunday Market. It was that unexpected moment when walking to this particular street and seeing different types of premium and luxury cars seemed surreal.

But it is true all of it and more to see a group of young men just hanging out and having conversations about their interests, namely their cars. Usually, Esteban Street on a Sunday morning is quiet and surprisingly just the weekend that you see. But this morning was something eye-catching that an ordinary person would be surprised to see. This is as close to going to a local Cars & Coffee Meets up the hills of Blackwood back in South Australia.

If that wasn’t close enough for comparison it is enough of a reminder that there are like-minded gearheads who just want to hang out in the morning and talk shop about their cars and passion for anything that roars then accelerates less than a second.

This is a rare car meet at this time, and this was not the first time a group of car owners just hang out and parked there to showcase their beloved machines. It is slowly becoming a habit every first Sunday of the month that they’re doing this.

If you’re not an early riser and have no idea then check out some of the photos taken during this subtle car meet in Esteban Street at the corner of Dela Rosa Street in the Makati CBD, where you’ll find them…

Just a snap of an image here or there nothing is official, but this has been going on for months a local group has gathered in this area of Makati City, while crowds have gone to the usual Sunday Market.

We can’t confirm or deny it this is their take on a Cars & Coffee Mett-up between car owners and the locals in these parts. So far, nothing is official that they gather here unless you want to be a morning person to be here every Sunday or every first Sunday of the month just to see these awesome cars.
